SuperHost is a one day, action packed training program for your employees. It is a cost-effective way to train your staff in communication and interpersonal skills. The way your employees interact with your customers is the back bone to your business.

Businesses that become 100% SuperHost Certified, meaning every staff member has been through the program, receive special recognition at our annual conference.

TIANB is hosting SuperHost sessions every month, there is one happening in your area, or we can make one happen there (minimum 15 participants).
