What is an "Employer of Choice" and why should your business become one?
An Employer of Choice is one where employees' actions align with its business goals, they feel appreciated and valued and their contributions are acknowledged and rewarded. That's why more people want to join an Employer of Choice and great employees want to stay with them. It's also why their employees strive to perform and are more willing to adapt to change.
