Temporary Foreign Worker

newcanadian_5_small.jpgTIANB has fostered the development of relationships with the multicultural associations of New Brunswick in every region as well as the economic development agencies in the province.

The TIANB staff is keenly aware of the jobs available and those many potential employees that can fill them. The lack of education pertaining to hiring an immigrant cannot be a stumbling block for employing that much needed cook or housekeeper.

Employment Counselors at the ISA's (Immigrant serving agencies) are trained to educate the employer on what diversity issues are relevant to know when hiring an immigrant.

The Temporary Foreign Worker program assists that employer who wishes to bring a specialist into their property. See the link below to the government of Canada site dedicated to making this a simple and rewarding process.
