Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council
The CTHRC works on behalf of the 164,000 businesses that make up Canada's vibrant tourism sector. In collaboration with its provincial partners, education councils, and Statistics Canada, the CTHRC publishes a wide range of reports and studies on employment and labour relations topics in the Canadian tourism sector.
TIANB is the CTHRC's designated human resource organization for the province of new Brunswick.

For employers and professionals in the Canadian tourism sector, Emerit is the most recognized training and certification brand.
Emerit has been developed by the Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council (CTHRC) in collaboration with tourism industry professionals. It has become synonymous with excellence, credibility, and professionalism in the Canadian tourism sector.
When employees meet emerit standards, they rank among the most exceptional in the tourism sector. When employees are emerit-certified, they are the best they can be.
CATT
The Canadian Academy of Travel & Tourism (CATT) focuses on building partnerships between education and industry in order to foster the next generation of Canadian travel & tourism leaders.
The future is looking bright for CATT as we move forward working closely with the Tourism Human Resource Organizations across Canada to build the program in every corner of the country.
To date, 1,807 students have received national certificates from the CATT program
