The CTHRC works on behalf of the 164,000 businesses that make up Canada's vibrant tourism sector. In collaboration with its provincial partners, education councils, and Statistics Canada, the CTHRC publishes a wide range of reports and studies on employment and labour relations topics in the Canadian tourism sector.

The Canadian Academy of Travel & Tourism (CATT) focuses on building partnerships between education and industry in order to foster the next generation of Canadian travel & tourism leaders.
The future is looking bright for CATT as we move forward working closely with the Tourism Human Resource Organizations across Canada to build the program in every corner of the country.
To date, 1,807 students have received national certificates from the CATT program
