Business Continuity & Reopening Checklists

There is so much information out there that it’s sometimes hard to find what is applicable and what is not. Things change almost every day. TIANB has gathered all the information that we believe you need to reopen your business and to offer a safe environment. These checklists have been created in the best effort to support you.

However, we understand that there might be things that we have omitted or that, by the time you download it, might not be applicable anymore. We will revise them on a regular basis, but please don’t hesitate to contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. Business Continuity & Reopening Checklists

Pre-arrival Guest Communication and Consent Template

We have been asked to produce a document that would help operators communicate what to expect to their guests prior to their arrival so TIANB has created a template for you to download.  This template is simply a guideline that you can use and adapt to your needs. Please modify and adapt to fit your business needs.

TIANB understands that it’s not always easy to have everything in place with all that you have to do as we continue to deal with the COVID-19 crisis.

Surveys - Impact of COVID-19 on the tourism industry of New Brunswick

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 crises, TIANB has been monitoring the industry to truly know and understand the impact of the pandemic on the operators in the province. These are very difficult times for all of us and we need to work together to provide government officials with the information they need to make and support their decisions.

Video Interviews with the industry

TIANB has started conducting interviews with the operators in New Brunswick to understand the concerns but also the hope and the successes and innovations.
