Introduction

The Tourism Industry Association of New Brunswick (TIANB), in partnership with the New Brunswick Department of Tourism, Heritage, Culture is launching a province-wide Digital & Marketing Workshop Series designed to help tourism operators strengthen their online presence and convert interest into real bookings.

Delivered in English across 6 regions in New Brunswick, this hands-on training equips businesses with practical tools, strategies, and a clear marketing plan they can implement immediately. There will also be French sessions across 5 regions in the province.

From Search to Sale: A Tourism Content and Marketing Workshop

Struggling to turn online views into real bookings?

This two-day, hands-on seminar helps tourism businesses get found, stand out, and convert. Participants will define their ideal visitor, audit and improve their online presence, and create story-driven content that sells experiences.

The workshop also covers practical local SEO techniques to rank higher on Google, introduces accessible AI tools to speed up marketing efforts, and provides clear ways to measure what is actually working.

Participants will leave with a structured, actionable marketing plan tailored to their business.

About the instructor
Jordan Jamison is the Owner and Operations Manager of Bay of Fundy Adventures, a leading experiential tourism operator based in St. Martins, New Brunswick. With a background rooted in outdoor leadership, education, and entrepreneurship, he has spent over a decade developing immersive, story-driven experiences that showcase the natural beauty, culture, and authenticity of the Fundy Coast.

Under his leadership, Bay of Fundy Adventures has grown from a community-focused outdoor program into a recognized tourism business offering adventure travel, culinary experiences, and international travel trade services. The company plays a key role in positioning New Brunswick as a destination for high-quality, experience-based tourism.
